The Independence Public Library will hold an Artist Showcase featuring artwork from Steve Russell. His woodworking sculptures will be exhibited Saturday, December 8th from 10:00 am- 4:00 pm, and Sunday, December 9th from 1:00-3:00 pm. There will be a Meet the Artist Reception Sunday, December 9th at 1:00 pm and the artist will be available for comments. Refreshments will be served at the reception.
